At least 3 to 4 months prior to the event.

Yes we have several makeup artists.

Yes we offer a makeup trial prior to the wedding usually at the same time as the hair.

What can I do to improve my hair for my big day?

Depending on the style you are looking for- again which can be discussed with the tech-  they will advise you.

Do you do hair extensions?

Yes we do hair extensions.  we do temporary for the day of, or we can do hair extensions that last for 3 to 4 months.

Do you do location work?

Yes we do location work.

What is your ordering and payment process?

1/2 down upon booking and 8 days prior to the event balance is paid in full.

What if my wedding date changes?

You have 2 months to make changes to the event to ensure that we can place you on another day-and circumstances …..If you need to make for the following year then we still hold the deposit and change the dates.

What is the cancellation policy?  Is the deposit refundable?

You have 2 months prior to cancel for a full deposit refund.
