Additional time and fees can be arranged two weeks in advance and vary with guest count.

$1,000.00 deposit is required to reserve your date.

Full payment is due 48 hours prior to the wedding reception.

Service charge and sales tax are included in the wedding package price.

When is the final headcount due?
One week prior to the reception.

What if my wedding date changes? 
We can simply transfer your deposit to another date.

What is the cancellation policy?  Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is only refundable should Irem Clubhouse book the date with another wedding reception of equal or greater value.
