Is the facility available year round?
No, the Irem Pavilion is available mid May through mid October.

Is the facility air conditioned or heated?
No, but there are multiple ceiling fans throughout the pavilion and portable propane heaters are available to rent if needed.

What is the maximum # of events on the same day?
Your wedding will be our only event of the day.

Do you offer on-site caterers? 
Irem does not do its own catering, but we have a list of approved local caterers permitted to use our full kitchen facility.

Are outside caterers allowed?
Yes, you may choose from our list of approved caterers or choose an outside caterer. An outside caterer must be approved by the Irem Board of Directors.

Do you have an outdoor party area?
Yes, the pavilion has a spacious deck which is covered by an awning.

Ceremony site?
Yes, on our beautiful golf course.

Are there restrooms available?
Yes, there are handicap accessible restrooms within the pavilion structure.

Is your director available to be onsite on my wedding day?
Yes.

Is there an additional cost for tables, chairs, etc.?
No, tables and chairs and the setup of these items are included in the rental fee.

Is there a dance floor?
Yes, we have a very large dance floor and stage for your band or DJ.

May I use my own vendors?
Yes.

Are we allowed to decorate?
Yes, most decorations are permitted with the exception of anything nailed or glued to the structure and open flame candles (tapers). Votive candles are permitted.

Do you allow alcohol?
All alcohol must be contracted through the Irem Country Club.

Will there be a hosted bar, cash bar or combination of the two?
We offer several different bar options to suit your budget.

Do you supply linens?
No, but most caterers do and we can provide information on vendors for specialty linens and chair covers.

Is there enough parking for guests?
Yes, the Irem Pavilion offers a large parking area and staff to direct guests to the most convenient spots.

What is your cancellation policy?
The $1000 deposit is non-refundable.
