Signing with ‘The Grand Bank’ grants you access to our unique space, and includes the following:

2 Staff
Linens (White or Champagne)
Post-Event Breakdown + Cleanup
2 RAMP Certified Bartenders
Venue Setup
Event planning with Every Little Thing, LLC- {‘Essentials Package’}

6-months wedding planning assistance with a personal Wedding Planner
Wedding Planner+ Event Specialist to attend Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception
Custom Timeline
Collaboration with all vendors involved in event day

Bring on day-of and to bar area (Bartenders to setup)
Bartenders to setup, serve, and breakdown bar space
Bartenders will serve for a maximum of 5-hours
Usage Period

9am arrival, setup space, decorate as needed
Cocktail hour begins at 5pm
Event ends at 10pm, guests depart by 11pm
*Extended wedding ending at 11pm, depart by midnight option—(Add $250)*

We’ve got you covered–Orchestrating each piece to your specifications. Combining our expertise in planning with a breathtaking vintage venue and professional/reputable vendors promises to deliver the perfect event of any kind!

No, but you can choose from our Preferred Vendor List with a wide variety of options.

Is your director available on site on my wedding day?     
One of the great things about choosing The Grand Bank for your wedding day is that the wedding planning services are included in the rental of our space! You work with a wedding planner for 12-months prior to your wedding to prepare all details. Your planner will attend your Rehearsal, Ceremony, and then manage the Reception. From Day One to Day-of, we are there to guide you along the way for the perfect day!

May I use my own vendors?
Caterer, linens and wedding planning is required from our Preferred Vendor List, all others are welcome as long as they are licensed and insured.

Do you allow alcohol and open flames?
Alcohol, yes—Open flames, no.

Will there be a hosted bar, a cash bar, or a combination of the two?
You provide your alcohol, must be served by one of our RAMP certified bartenders (included in your rental of the space)

What are the hourly fees if reception goes over scheduled time?       

How early can I get into the site to set up?     

How many weddings do you have on the same day?     

At what time will my guests have to leave the facility?     

Do you provide linens?     

Who is responsible for setting up and tearing down the décor, and when will it be completed?
Our staff handles breakdown and cleaning of the venue. You return the following day to pickup decorations and any remaining items by 11am.

Is there enough parking for guests?
